Conversations on Transformation are a series of intentionally curated discussions among advanced practitioners in a given field of practice. They are intended as field-building and field-defining explorations: efforts to co-define the state of the field and invite others into imagining and designing a future where everyone belongs.
Launched as virtual “salon”-style conversations during the pandemic in 2020, these conversations are intended to bring advanced practitioners into dialogue with each other: to define the state-of-the-art in a given field, and to explore the edges together. Invitees generally have established a degree of expertise and renown in their fields, and are “bridgers”: people committed to connecting their work to others beyond the domains of their specific fields.
These conversations are intended to establish the boundaries of what is known and agreed–accepted best practice for those new to the field–and to illuminate the frontiers of what has yet to be explored… for fellow advanced practitioners to continue to deepen and expand the field.
These livestreamed conversations, invite the audience to engage and shape the discussion with whatever questions feel most alive. We have hosted fifteen conversations to-date, with more planned on the core topics of Building Belonging.
